Born of a desire to bring a higher quality of luxury meat to the growing American Kosher community, we established King of Filet in 2019 with a rabbinic board from the United States and Israel. This means that Kosher consumers can now enjoy tender, flavorful meat they had only dreamed about.

King of Filet features:

  • The highest standards of kashrut 

  • The highest quality, low-fat meat from American Black Angus cattle

  • Chateaubriand and Filet Mignon, the royalty of meat

  • What better way to celebrate holidays and special days than to grace your table with sizzling, sumptuous steaks?

  • And, of course, our meat is Glatt Kosher/Halak Beit Yosef, which means it follows the high standards established by Yosef Caro.  

Chateaubriand and Filet Mignon aren’t only for Sephardim. We hope that the presence of King of Filet will encourage more Ashkenazi authorities to fully embrace properly handled hindquarter meat so more people can enjoy it.
